Promoters of the company are experienced professionals from the corporate world, well networked and committed to accomplish the mission of the organisation. Their “SINCERITY TO THE CAUSE” and 'STRONG WILL TO DO THE THINGS PASSIONATELY” is the greatest strength of the organization.

What we do

The government is responding by improving and expanding access to vocational education and training opportunities. A National Policy on Skill Development was formulated in 2009 with an aim to increase India’s capacity for skill development to 500 million people by 2022. A three tier structure was formed comprising Prime Minister's National Council for Skills Development, National Skills Development Coordination Board and the National Skill Development Corporation. In June 2013 the Government of India (GOI) created the National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) subsuming Office of the Adviser to PM on Skill Development, the Prime Minister's National Council on Skill development (PMNCSD) and the National Skill Development Coordination Board (NSDCB)
This effort is intended to move from a disbursed and distributed model with multiple government bodies involved, to a cohesive and unified effort under a single agency. Addressing the legacies of the past is a challenge, but can be overcome provided everybody is aligned to a single vision – the vision of skilling Indian youth.
In order to accomplish the skilling vision of India, ‘Possit Skill Organisation’ is moving forward to mobilise the unemployed youth, harness their hidden talent and groom them to employable level in order to bridge the huge gap between the demand and supply of skilled workforce. It's very hard to accept that in population of a billion plus people in which majority are in the age of 25 years nearly 300 million are still unemployed due to lack of skill level.

We had started our operation way back in the year 2010 with one centre and quickly scaled up to six additional training centres with courses in diversed field. After signing MOU with NSDC on October 31, 2014, POSSIT has planned to open 12 new model centres equivalent to the level of PMKK spread in Eight States of India. Our head office is located right in New Delhi, the capital of India.

Vision

To generate opportunities for the socially and economically marginalized youth by empowering them through Education, Learning, Grooming, Skilling and by facilitating for Livelihood.

Mission

To establish centres of excellence in different parts of urban and rural India to impart market oriented Skill Training to one lakh youth by year 2022 and to generate Employment for them, which enhances their living standards.
